Following the great success of the 5th Congress of Asian Society for Pediatric Research in Hangzhou, China in 2009, I am very much pleased and privileged to announce that the 6th Congress of Asian Society for Pediatric Research (2010 ASPR) will be held on April 15 through 18, 2010 at the Taipei International Convention Center, Taipei, Taiwan.
The Taiwan Pediatric Association, the Chang Gung Children’s Hospital and Chang Gung University College of Medicine are excited to have the great opportunity to organize this annual event of ASPR in Taipei. In pursuit of children health, ASPR has form its commencement dedicated to fostering a wholesome and constitutional environment among Asian countries where clinical investigation and basic research in pediatric fields can be nurtured and promoted. This congress provides not only an open forum for exchanging new professional information and expertise with the leaders in the fields but also for exploring various perspectives and promoting international cooperation in Asia. Together, we would like to have your whole-hearted participation and lead to progress in deterring the causes of diseases and developing new treatments.
In addition to the scientific program, we are pleased to introduce you to Taipei, a beautiful city located in the north of Taiwan. Taipei is famous for its beautiful scenery, rich culture and warm hospitality; we cordially invite you to experience this fascinating and beautiful city. With your participation, the fruitful discussion and success of the Congress are highly expected.
