Invitation Letters for Visa Application
ASPR 2010 Congress will provide official letters of invitation to person who have fully registered for the conference and for which payment has been received. Please note only registered, paid persons may receive an invitation letter to the conference.

Visa for Arriving Taiwan
The following regulations are based on the diplomatic principles of equality and reciprocity. Foreign nationals may obtain visas from embassies, consulates or representative offices of the R.O.C
  • Visa-Exempt Entry: 30 days (The 30 days’ duration of stay starts from the next day of arrival and is not extendable)
Countries eligible for visa-exempt entry Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, U.K. and U.S.A

  • Landing Visa: 30 days (The 30 days’ duration of stay starts the next day of arrival and is not extendable)
Thirty-day landing visas can be obtained upon arrival at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. Passengers with passports of Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovak or Holders of USA passport with validity less than six months. For further information, please click here.
  • Visitor Visa: Citizens of other countries should apply for a visa before traveling to Taiwan. For further formation, please click here.
 If you are holding a China (PROC) passport, please pay attention to the following message. China passport holders entering Taiwan will have different procedures and requirements, which can be time consuming (usually it will take 2 months to get the entry visa to Taiwan); therefore, early action is highly recommended. Please contact Congress Secretariat ASAP if you have decided to attend the conference.
