Registration Fee Definitions
Student/Trainee is defined persons who are in training or as medical full-time students. They do not apply to part-time students. A certification (student identification card) or a letter signed from hospital director or mentor verifying their training status is required when submit your registration form or full registration fee will be charged (ASPR Registration fax number:+886-2-8789-3602, email to: 2010ASPR@gisgroup.com)

Accompanying Person is defined as a participant’s spouse, partner, child or other personal relation who does not have a business or scientific interest in the Congress.

Entitlements
The registration fee entitles Delegate to the following:

1. Access to all official congress sessions, the exhibition and poster area
2. Admission to the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, Congress Dinner and Farewell Reception
3. Conference Satchel (containing congress materials)
4. Access to lunch symposia, which are provided on a first-come-first served
5. Daily coffee/tea breaks

The registration fee entitles Student/Trainee to the following:

3. Accompanying Person’s Tour

Group Registration
The group registration discount will be only valid for delegates from the same organization. If you are responsible for registering and paying for a group of more than 15 participants, please send an e-mail with your contact details to 2010ASPR@gisgroup.com. Please note that no registration will be made without full personal contact details for each participant and the corresponding payment.

Method of Payment
Payment for registration must be made in NTD. The congress fee has to be fully paid in advance. In order to expedite the registration process we advise you to pay by Credit Card via the secured payment site. We accept Visa and Master Card. The card information supplied on the Internet will be transmitted in safe. Online payments will be processed via a secure payment page on the congress on-line registration system. However, the 2010 ASPR Congress is not responsible for fraudulent credit card transaction of application of the exchange rate.

Confirmation of Registration
All correspondence, including registration confirmation, will be sent via email. Registration cannot be confirmed until FULL PAYMENT is received. Upon receipt of you registration and full payment, the Congress Secretariat will send you a confirmation letter that also serves as your invoice. Please show this confirmation of registration at the congress counter when picking up your congress materials.

Cancellation / Name Change Policy
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Please refer to the following cut-off date for cancellation. All refunds will be made after the congress for administrative reasons.

Registration cancellations will be accepted in written notice before February 26, 2010. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person before February 26, 2010 without incurring a penalty. The Congress Secretariat must be informed in written notice of any alteration or transfers.

Badges
Delegates will receive badges and vouchers for the booked events. Participants are kindly requested to wear their badge throughout the congress, even at social events. Lost badges will not be replaced. A new registration will be mandatory.
