Poster Presentation Guidelines

To ensure that major findings in the research work are shared effectively with all participants, we encourage all poster presenters to please observe the following:

1. All poster presentation should be created in English.
2. You have complete freedom in displaying your information in figures, tables, text, photography, etc. Figures should be designed to be viewed from a distance and should use clear visible graphics and large type. Color can be effective if used sparingly; use saturated dark colors on white background and rich, bright colors on dark backgrounds.
3. The usable surface where posters will be mounted is 100 cm in width and 250 cm in height; your poster will be displayed vertically.
4. Posters can be fixed using double-sided tape. We will prepare tapes for mounting. However, it is recommended to bring your own suppliers in case that they could be run out and not be sufficiently available for all of presenters.
5. No audiovisual equipment will be provided for poster presentations.
6. Abstracts numbers supplied by the organizer will be placed in the upper of each poster board.
7. You MUST incorporate your "Presentation Number" into your poster display.
8. Title, authors’ names, affiliations, countries should be included on the poster.
9. The title should be same as the one in the abstract.
10. All posters should be displayed during the whole congress days.
11. All posters should be brought by the presenter. Please do not send your poster by mail.
12. There will be no printing facility at the congress site. It is recommended that you hand-carry your poster to the congress, using tubular packaging or a portfolio case. Costs associated with creating and shipping the poster display will be responsibility of the presenters.
13. The organizers can not take responsibility for loss or damage of posters not dismantled by their authors within the given time.
14. Presenters are strongly advised to remove their posters during the designated tear-down period or their posters would be removed and disposed of.
15. It is our policy that the author must present the Poster Presentation in person. If this is not possible, please nominate a co-author and let us know by March 31, 2010. You or someone you nominate must present the Poster Presentation or your Poster Presentation will not be published in the Proceedings or be in the included in the conference program.
16. Poster set-up and tear-down schedule:

Set-up must be done 30 minutes prior to the scheduled poster session. The Poster Sessions, and the
set-up and tear down schedules are as follows:

REGISTRATION
A reduced registration rate will be available to presenter as long as you register before March 12, 2010. If you register after this date you will not be eligible for the discounted rate. Please note YOU CAN NOT PRESENT WITHOUT REGISTERING FOR THE CONFERENCE.
