Accommodation
The Organizing Committee of ASPR 2010 is pleased to arrange rooms around the Congress venue or within Taipei City with special consideration on accessibility and price. As all rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, once the room blocks at these hotels have been filled, we may not able to secure further rooms with the hotels at the special rates quoted. Therefore, early reservation is highly recommended. The room rate, reservation information, contact information, and web site for each of the Congress hotels are listed below. Participants are encouraged to make reservations at any of the based on budget and personal preferences.

Amendments or Cancellations
All amendments or cancellations to your accommodation booking must be made directly to the hotel. All amendments or cancellations must be made in writing. In the event that cancellation is not notified, the hotel will charge the equivalent of charges for one night’s accommodation from credit card or prepaid deposit.
Deposits
All accommodation booking must be accompanied with a deposit the equivalent of one night’s tariff. No bookings will be confirmed by the relevant hotel until one night’s deposit has been received. Each delegate must settle the remainder of their accommodation upon check-out.
Early Arrivals
Standard hotel check in time in Taiwan is 15:00. If you will be arriving earlier than 15:00 and require your room upon arrival to the hotel, you may be required to book your room the night prior to ensure immediate occupancy. You will be required to pay an additional night’s tariff should you wish to guarantee your room. Please advise the relevant hotel on your reservation form if you are pre-booking your room for the night prior to your arrival so that your hotel can be informed.
Late Arrivals
If you will be arriving to your hotel after 17:00, please advise the relevant hotel on your reservation form so that your hotel can be informed. If you do not alert the hotel to your late arrival, the hotel may release your reservation.
Change of Booking
Any change in booking must be made in writing to the relevant hotel and NOT directly to the Congress Secretariat.
